Fleet outsourcing lets you delegate non-value-adding tasks, control the total cost of ownership (TCO) and give time back to your teams. LBO Fleet manages fleets of 2 to 50 vehicles, in Luxembourg and the Greater Region, while remaining independent of any leasing company.

What we take on

From the start to the end of the vehicle's life cycle:

Choice & ordering — car policy, selecting vehicles suited to each use, coordinating the order with your partners.
In-life management — maintenance, tyres, assistance, claims and fines handling, fuel cards: a single point of contact for everything.
Driver experience — your drivers are supported at every step, without chasing contacts.
Data & reporting — telematics tracking, dashboards, cost and performance indicators. (The tools)
End of cycle — return, reconditioning and resale: we orchestrate the exit to preserve value.

We do not provide financing or leasing: if you need a lease, we point you to specialist providers and coordinate the rest.

Built for the fleets the big networks overlook

Large international managers are calibrated for fleets of several hundred vehicles. Below that, you are often left with self-service software. Our niche is exactly there: the boutique fleet (2 to 50 vehicles), managed with bespoke attention and high-performing tools.

The Luxembourg context

In Luxembourg, the company car is a genuine market: it accounts for a major share of new registrations and remains a key talent-attraction lever, particularly for cross-border workers. Regulatory changes (benefit-in-kind, VAT) make its day-to-day administration more complex.

Our role is operational and organisational. For purely fiscal matters (benefit-in-kind, VAT), we work hand in hand with your advisors — we do not replace them.
